Flexible working
We want our people to be able to work in a way that fits in with their life and allows them to perform at their best. A majority of our roles can be based at home most of the time. And for those where it’s more important to be in the office and near your colleagues, we’ll still look to find ways to help you work remotely if that’s something you’d like. Remote working across multiple time zones is second nature for us.
Holidays
It’s really important to us that you have enough time away from work to keep you healthy and energized. So you’ll get up to 25 days holiday a year, in addition to public holidays.
