Services we offer

We are a credit broker, and power comparison services through our partner brands in respect of loan and mortgage products from a panel of lenders and third party firms. You can make an informed choice whether you want to pursue a loan application through a third party. We do not provide advice on any credit products.

Comparison service - Mortgage Products

We work with Twenty 7 Tec who use a search engine to be able to analyse product availability across many mortgages to match the products you are looking for.

The system benefits from up-to-date product information ensuring that mortgage options are provided to you at the time you use the service.

Products shown are a small sample of what may be available products for you and those displayed are not recommendations and must not and should not be seen to be financial or professional advice. If you are at all unsure, we recommend that you speak to an Independent Financial Adviser or Mortgage Broker for qualified professional advice.

The search engine will use personal information you have provided along with responses to our questions to help determine which lending products match what you are looking for.

Fees and commission

For unsecured loans, we do not charge you a fee for referral to a lender. Our income is derived from commissions paid by the lenders and other third parties we deal with for any successful introduction we make through our service.

For first and second charge mortgages where Everything Financial refer you to a third-party mortgage broker we may receive a commission paid by the third party for any successful introduction we make.

Introduction to Debt Solutions

Where we are unable to find any loan options for you, we may provide you with the details of a debt solutions company that may be of interest to you. If you are struggling to repay the debts you have, you can choose whether you want more information about debt management services and be introduced to a debt solutions company.

We will not release any information about you to a debt solutions company unless you agree to this.

The debt solutions company will then provide any advice on how you can best manage your debt.

We will receive a commission from the debt solutions company for any debt solution plan you arrange with them, where you are introduced to them through our service.

Any fees and costs associated with a debt management plan will be provided to you by the debt solutions company.

Credit check and disclosure

To process your loan or mortgage enquiry, we may search the files of licensed credit reference agencies, who will keep a record of the search, to confirm your particulars and for the purpose of a credit assessment. A record can be kept of such searches which may be used by other lenders in assessing future applications for finance by you and for fraud prevention. These organisations may use this information in the future to help make credit decisions, prevent financial crime and to trace debtors.

Information held about applicants by credit reference agencies may already be linked to records related to one or more of your partners or members of your household. For the purpose of this application, you may be treated as financially linked and the application may be assessed with reference to any 'associated' records.

Accuracy of quotes and options available

Everything Financial takes care to ensure the accuracy of the loan quotes/options available which are based on the latest information available from the lenders, eligibility providers at that time. However, the lenders on the panel reserve the right to change their % APR or % APRC rates and underwriting criteria at any time and without notice. This may result in a change to the loan/secured loan option displayed to you or may result in the loan/secured loans option being withdrawn.

The accuracy of the loan/secured loan quotes depends upon the accuracy of the information you have provided. Everything Financial and the lenders on our panel will conduct checks to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided. If information you have provided changes because of these checks, the original option may be changed or withdrawn.

Your obligations

Everythingfinancial.co.uk may be accessed for personal use. The website may also be used for business research purposes but only in the case of personnel working for a regulatory body, trade body or similar.

Our comparison tables

The rates and information shown are taken from sources believed to be accurate and whilst Everything Financial takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of published data, this cannot be guaranteed. Everything Financial accepts no responsibility for any direct or consequential loss incurred from the use or reliance on the information published.

Users of our service should satisfy themselves as to the accuracy and suitability of any product before entering into a contract.
